Retired Lieutenant Colonel, Reginald Carter is a native of Miami, Florida. He has been married for 42 years to "Randy" Carter and they have one son. Retired Lieutenant Colonel Reginald Carter is a graduate from Morris Brown and earned a Master's Degree from ITC in Atlanta, GA. Chaplain Carter made his mark in history by becoming the 1st black commissioned officer within the Georgia Army National Guard. Elder Carter has an unwavering Love for God, his family and his ministry. He has a "Story to Tell".
