When it comes to love many were taught how to love others however the one many most often neglect is oneself. It sounds simple to love yourself yet such can be very complicate. This can lead to having symptoms of depression, anxiety, relational issues and a low self esteem. Love is often viewed as an emotion. It can also be a noun, verb or perhaps used as an adjective. It is something that must be practiced as one must first love oneself first instead of loving the idea of waiting for other people to love you.
One can love oneself by embracing and accepting oneself including all of ones iperfection. When one love oneself life can become lighter and simpler. One will gain more stability and most of all can become happier.
