Is FINE a four letter word?

Fine can be a four letter word.  How often do you say you are fine when you are not.  How often do you say a situation is fine when it is not.  how often do you say FINE! I will do it when in reality you want to use another f-word.  How often do we say to ourselves things are fine, I do not need to pursue my dreams because everything is fine and I should be grateful and pursuing my dreams will upset other people and who am I to want more, there are starving people in the world and I have a nice house and family and... and... and....if you read that last run on sentence as monkey chatter then you got the energy I was sending.  

Are you really FINE?  or are you avoiding baby steps or  leaps of faith to move forward from fine to fantastic? 

Settling for FINE can be self sabatoge.  Notice how often the word fine is code for things not being fine at all.
