As we continue on this rollercoaster ride of life, our patterns and beliefs are continually being brought to our attention. How are you handling that? What brings you joy and lifts your energy is also being brought to our attention. Yay!
As this cycle continues lets try to practice compassionate boundaries. For ourselves as well as other people.
What does that mean? Taking a step back out of the situations and looking from a slightly different angle. Choosing consciously to honour where the other person is at, and honouring where you are at. These spots may no longer mesh and space is needed. Taking that space does not have to be dramatic if we choose not to engage in it.
