Shalum lakhem & welcome to our broadcast! What are appointed times? Are they still necessary in today's world? Join us as we continue our discussion of the sacred appointments listed in Leviticus 23. Last week we began by taking a look at Pesach (Passover), which initiates the year of sacred appointments on the 14th of Abib. It was on this date that Israel was commanded to kill the lamb whcih blood would be used as a token to preserve the firstborn of man & beast among the Hebrews. This only foreshadowed the death of Messiah Yahushua on the exact same date hundreds of years later, whose blood became a token as well, that death also 'pass over' those who accept his offering. This is followed by Chag Hamatzah (Feast of Unleavened Bread), what does this teach us? Join us for our discussion & please be sure to bring your tools: a bible, a pen & a pad.
