Saving Money Against the Salary Cap

     This episode will talk about how general managers of NFL teams can save the team owners money by signing good players that were overlooked. Some players that did not go to major FBS college programs that had to make a start in the pro developmental leagues like the Fan Controlled Football League, Indoor Football League and the National Arena League  etc... ; are playing immediately after college in these leagues and getting film. These players are already in shape and have pro experience for NFL camp starting soon. 

     The issue is that data anaytics companied like Pro Football Focus does not investigate (scout) the talent thats available as a whole. The system is set up for convinience to pick players that are statisticlly the best on paper. The problem is that stats don't measure heart or visible talent man against man on the field but  pro developmental football film can. If a athlete has just graduated from a small D3, D2, NAIA and JUCO program and competes well against talent from all levels of football these NFL camp 2022 eligible prospects should get a chance to compete in camp for a job.
