With the fast-approaching Debt Ceiling Deadline scheduled to occur in mid-February it appears that Republican House Leader John Boehner is content to attempt to extract concessions [via more spending cuts] from the President in exchange for his support to raise the Debt Ceiling.  This is a game the GOP cannot win.  Are they suicidal?
