2016 - IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MIDDLE CLASS, STUPID!

In 1992, the Clinton campaign war room featured the mantra:  "It's The Economy, Stupid!"

In 2016, the next Clinton campaign war room, no doubt, will have a mantra:  "It's The Middle Class, Stupid!"

GOP presidential candidate wannabee Jeb Bush has put this little nugget into play himself this week as being central to his candidacy should he run.

The other GOP bozos in the 2016 presidential sweepstakes might very well adopt this rallying cry as the heart and soul of their respective campaigns as well.  But they offer only an echo, not a real choice.

Irregardless, the middle class has been pared back substantially over the years by Reaganomics and is on its heels, economically.  It constitutes a significantly smaller slice of the electorate than it did in the 1960's.

The lower class has grown substantially since that time, in large part thanks to misguided GOP economic policies.

Hillary Clinton should recognize this central tenant of our American political dynamic and throw caution to the wind in defense of the middle class if she wants to run any semblance of a genuine presidential campaign in 2016.

You simply can't have a great country without a strong and thriving middle class.

It's disengenuous for the GOP to suddenly jump on this band wagon at this stage of the game.  Conversely, it is an absolute Christmas gift for any Democratic presidential candidate given the brutal assault on the middle class, particularly since the ascendancy to the presidency by George "W" in 2001.

It's definitely Hillary's to lose.  If she's too cautious or tentative then all bets are off.

So Hillary, it's best that if you are going to RUN, then you actually RUN & not "WALK" your way through the process!
