B: Circular black vinyl record with a small circular hole in the center. In center is a cream colored label that is printed with black text reading "CUSTOM- MADE RECORDS / B & S / B-Disc-S / 7504-A / Vocal / And String / TWO TIMED BY A ONE TIME PAL / (Benj. C. Helmi (Nurmi) Stoller) / LEE BABCOCK / and his / Black Hills Cowboys / B-DISC-S RECORDING CO., DEADWOOD, S.D." The other side has a label with similar text and title "I'VE BEEN A COWBOY".
