If a woman cries Rape, do we automatically believe her?

Its one big thing in the USA that when a woman comes forth to say she was sexually violated, the public automatically takes her side. Why? What happened to innocent until proven guilty? Should there be a time restriction? Should women be charged for lying? Should women be able to drag a man publicly before the facts have been proven? Lets talk! I mean the only thing left is for Catlyn Jenner to come forth and say Bruce Jenner touch her. (I seen this as a meme on ig) which is sad but true... And funny! Who's standing up for what's right?
