Just Before Dawn: Dawn of the Mental Dead

                     a) Abuse of the homeless by police agencies who remove the unhoused at dawn are committing human rights violations and theft of personal property.                          

                      1. Throwing away their clothes, hygenic items, and food.

                       2. Hazmat agencies removing their tents and blankets.

                       3. It is incredible of how cities would spend taxpayers dollars to do this as opposed spending the revenue on hotel/motel vouchers                                     .
