Today we will be interviewing once again, our friend Frans Douw, former 27 year Warden from Amsterdam. As many of you know, Frans has also been working with the Ministry of Psychiatry, the United Nations and many other Global Advocates. Today, Frans brings with him, another Guest, Gary Cohen, a graduate of University of Texas at Austin in 1970 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Gary received his JD degree from the University of Texas in 1973. In 1987 with the advent of the Federal Sentencing Guidelines he began concentrating in the area of sentencing. His practice soon began to shift to representing Texas inmates in the parole review process and also in other areas of which he will also be speaking on. So without further ado, please welcome our Guests, Frans Douw and Gary Cohen.
