Hello everyone, I am Leonna Abraham Brandao, Host for Blog Talk Radio/ Shedding Light.

Today we are going to be discussing some topics that should be openly discussed daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. Discussions which are not talked about enough and consequently leading to division, hatred, vengeance, crime and/or retaliation. People retaliating against someone whom they may not even know. Yet, someone who has hurt them or another they know or they may have  heard about. 

People in Society may talk about the problems in this country. But do they actually know the facts of the situation/s resulting in a crime. Are they remaining neutral and not judging or hating those who have Fallen? The now and Forgotten Incarcerated Individuals?

For this Season, I would like to concentrate on Concerned and Compassionate people who sympathize with families and individuals who have experienced emptiness, traumas and other losses as a result of a crime. Yet failing to understand the causes behind it all and the fact that there is always a story behind a story. We will discuss why remaining neutral and nonjudgemental is so important and how healing and reforms begin for both victims, family members, offenders and people in general in all communities. The recent tragedy of a CEO of a Healthcare Group is one example, although there are so many others to consider. Let's talk.
