ET Teton Meetings/Solar Returns

This is the second part of a report by Lavandar on the Teton Meetings, a semi annual gathering of Galactic Councils in the Grand Tetons. The event is July 1 through 7, when issues of planetary evolution and humanity are discussed and plans made for the next six months of development.
