Esther Bandy has worked as a nurse, a missionary, a director with Child Evangelism Fellowship, and as a Spanish teacher at a Christian school.

Today, she is an author. She’s been published in two anthologies: Treasures of a Woman’s Heart and Triumph from Tragedy. Her debut middle-grade novel, Under the Tangerine Tree, was published in January 2022.

Esther has been disabled since 1995 with a rare and debilitating illness, but that hasn't stopped her from sharing her love of the Lord and her burden to reach children with the gospel.

Join us as Esther shares her experiences in nursing, as a missionary in Mexico, as a writer, and her struggles with the condition of porphyria.
