Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio, we will be discussing the drama of the 2020 Presidential Election. The 2020 Presidential Election has been one for the ages and one like we've never seen before COVID-19 was a big difference maker in this election due to its impact causing millions of Americans to vote via Mail-In Ballots, verse the traditional way of voting at your local polling place. Some states chose to count their mail-in ballots before Election Day while others chose to count their mail-in ballots after counting the in person ballots during Election Day.
This caused an epic turn around in the vote count, as many Democrat voters chose to vote by mail while most Republicans reportedly voted on Election Day. Why is this significant? Because Trump advised his supporters to not trust the mail-in ballot process and to specifically show up during Election Day. This led to a comfortable lead for Trump during Election Day, as nightmares of 2016 began to haunt the Democrats. Trump came out on top on Election Day, but there were still many mail-in ballots to count, and that's when the epic comeback began.
Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Nevada were the 6 remaining states that would determine the winner of the 2020 Presidential Election. As the mail-in ballots began to be counted, Joe Biden made huge turnarounds in Michigan and Wisconsin and eventually won those states, which was a complete momentum shift in this race. Trump had a comfortable lead in Georgia that was eventually wiped out as the momentum of the mail-in ballots really started to kick in and as of now, Biden has leads in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada and Arizona.
Since the turnaround of the mail-in ballots, Donald Trump has taken to Twitter and even had a live press conference to express his distrust of the mail-in ballot process, arguing that he is being cheated and that he already won during Election Day.
