Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio, we will be joined by special guest, Ronda Douglas. Ronda is an entrepreneur and owner of the company "Hosanna Services." Hosanna Services provides the following services: Cleaning, Management, Administrative Services, Security, I.T. and Leasing. Trinidad born, Ronda spent her teen years and all of her adult years in Baltimore and she has since committed herself to helping give back by providing opportunities for the community.

Ronda is a mother of 3 daughters, ages 18, 12 and 17 and one of those super moms who made the ultimate sacrifice to become a stay at home mom and raise her children the proper way, so they could receive the best start in life possible. Now that her children are older, she has re-enrolled in college and has big plans to graduate with an AA in Business Management, then go for her Bachelor's and utilize that education to help make an ultimate impact on both her children and the community.
