Will A Hillary Clinton Presidency Lead To Peace Or Create More Wars?

Some voters believe that a female in the White House will possibly create better foreign relations, by having someone who will be more willing to discuss and negotiate rather than declare war.  However, Hillary Clinton, connected to the legacy of Bill Clinton, and Secretary of State under Barack Obama, may already have relationships with nations abroad that are not harmonious. What are her policies regarding the escalation of war in the Middle East? Is her sensitivity to the children's lives lost by gun violence transferable to sensitivity to mothers in countries overseas, where there is still a strong American military presence? Would she be more or less likely to go to battle in response to a terrorist attack? Or is she capable of meeting with allies and negotiating an end to the conflicts? What would a Hillary Clinton Presidency look like? Is she a strong candidate against Donald Trump? Would the two of them end up trading personal insults in a national debate?
