It used to be that boys were the ones known for aggressive behavior and engaging in physical fights. Now, our girls are becoming increasingly more violent. Why are our daughters so angry? Many of them are living with abuse, and have no one to talk to about it. Many have low self esteem, they feel badly about themselves so they bully others. They feel ugly, stupid, unwanted. This comes from negative feedback from the adults who raise them, from parents to teachers, and the lack of nurturing in their lives which gives them the signal that they are unworthy of love. This next generation of childbearing women must be healed of the hurt that they are experiencing, or they will seek out more abusive relationships and raise more neglected children who will create more harm to our society. We can stop this cycle of pain by reaching out to our daughters. Our guests today talks about ways to uplift and motivate girls for a healthier, happier future.
