Marriage is more than the promise of an exclusive sexual relationship. It is a legal document that defines who has the authority to make health care decisions in your behalf if you're incapacitted, to take responsibility for your funeral and burial once you have passed and to inherit whatever assets you have left behind.  When there is no marriage, or a marriage breaks apart and people leave no wills behind, things can get messy, even ugly, as relatives become vulture-like in their efforts to grab property belonging tof the deceased.  Today's guest, Clara Cheeks, discusses her battle with someone who appears to have entered the life of her loved one just in time to collect after the death. How do you protect your inheritance, particularly after a divorce makes the lines of inheritance unclear?
