The Welfare System gives economic incentivs for women to stay single and have babies. Single mothers get a monthly check, health care and even housing vouchers. What if these same incentives were given to men when they married a woman with children? What if a couple received a financial bonus when they got married, and an increased monthly check for child maintenance for each child, just like the welfare system has paid to women? What if they received a housing voucher if he marries a woman with children, to ensure their family has a suitable home? What if, rather than creating an incentive for men to remain single and irresponsible, we introduced legislation that provided economic incentives for marriage and raising a family? Doesn't that really make more sense? Today, we'll create wording for legislation and next week invite legislators on to discuss it and how to present it locally and nationally to encourage a culture of intact families to American society.
