Sisterhood is when women work together in taking care of children and setting standards for culturally acceptable behavior. Some women are conscious of their important role in creating society's culture, others are not. Some women lacked sufficient mothering in their lives, some lacked a healthy father figure, and many are expressing low self esteem and lack of self worth by the abusive relationships they choose to remain in. How can we reach out to our sisters who act out of ignorance, self hate, and poor upbringing, and help them learn to love themselves
