Today we're live at Majani's Restaurant at 72nd and Exchange in Chicago, a vegan restaurant nominated as best New Restaurant in Chicago and Chef Tsadakya was nominated for Best Chef in the Foodie Awards. We'll find out the results at tonights celebration sponsored by Black Chicago Eats, created by Toure Muhammad, publisher of Bean Soup Times. Join us for "A Taste of Black Chicago" at 73rd and Stony Island, 2pm to 9pm, to experience some delicious cooking by Black owned restaurants.  Today we'll hear from Solar Energy Consultant Karen Ahlers, who will tell us about a fast growing industry that will drastically reduce the cost of electricity. We'll hear from Linda Perez, Founder and CEO of the Chicago Women Empowerment Group, and before we speak to the Master Chef at Majani's himself, Tsadakya, we'll get some views from some of the patrons who are enjoying the delicious food here.
