Today Viyahta shares on the whys and hows of Meditation and discusses some very important health issues. Now is the time to build on the recent Peace Conference attended by Naimah Latif, Executive Producer of The Female Solution. Building a collective body of Meditatiors can greatly enhance our goal for an end to war and peace on earth, starting with the individual choice to spend 15-30 minutes a day in serious meditation.
