There are some unsung heroes among us, those men who are employed to save lives. They are firefighters. This day in Black History Month we’ll meet some of the heroes who first integrated the formerly all white fire department and hear stories of courageous rescues. How do children feel when their father risks his life to save the lives of others? Our guests today are retired firefighters Morris Davis and Tony Tramil, and daughter of a firefighter Toni Parks Oats whose father Elwain Parks recently made his transition.
