April 15th marks the birth date of Chicago Mayor Harold Washington, a government leader who many say, as the city’s first black Mayor, was the catalyst to the drive that led to the election of Barack Obama as America’s first African American President. The Harold Washington Foundation is hosting an annual parade in his honor, and today members of the organization join us to examine the legacy of Mayor Washington, the expectations for recently elected Mayor Lorie Lighfoot, and the importance of race in the selection of government leadership. In the second hour, we'll talk to the "Crypto Queen" Asadah about the exciting opportunities for wealth building in crypt currency, BItcoin.
