Sharon Muhammad is a loving wife and mother of two young men ages 25 and 19. She started her Martial Arts/ Self Defense journey during a 17-year relationship/marriage that was very abusive on all levels.  During the relationship, she started taking kickboxing.  After the marriage ended Sharon continued her training.  First, boxing is her combat sport of choice, reaching Level one in Krav Maga, she has trained in Wing Chung, Kali and other combat sports.  Currently Sharon teaches a Colloquium Self Defense class at Lindblom High School now going into its 3rd year.   Sharon’s husband Mr. Raymond Muhammad is the owner of Urban X Tactical Systems, he holds a BLACK belt in Hapkido and is currently one of the lead instructors in the USA for the Keysi Urban Method and Certified Coach in the S.P.E.A.R. system of Self Defense.
