Wendelin "Wendi's City" DeLoach, Esq.: Should She Pay Ex Wife's Child Support?

Relationships can get complicated when another person from a previous relationship is still involved. Today we'll look at three situations with an "ex" who is still connected by children to the man.  The first situation involves an Ex-wife who is threatening to send her ex-husband to jail if he doesn't pay child support. The current girlfriend is concerned. Should she pay the child support to keep him out of jail? The second situation is a "baby mama drama" in which the man is trying is best to be a good father to his 9 year old son, but his new girlfriend is uncomfortable because it seems that the ex-girlfriend is using the child to hold on to the man. Third situation is a married man who is "separated" from his wife, but won't divorce her and marry the new girl friend because he fears lawsuits and financial losses because he and his estranged wife have properties they own together.
