Many were shocked as they watched the images of Donald Trump supporters violently breaking into the Capitol building. Those who ae aware saw it coming...the panic that happens when the priveledged fear they are about to lose their power. What is it that the Trump supporters believe will happen when the President they agree with is no longer in control? We'll look at some of the responses from news commentators, and how they interpreted what they saw. Why are white people angry? What drives the "Karens" of America to falsely accuse black men, hoping they will be handcuffed and carted away by police - or worse, even shot and killed? What is this thing in America that is fighting so hard to stay alive? Racism. The priviledge of whiteness, the illusion of superiority, the smug feeling of being able to intimidate others with impunity. That is gone, and will not return, and those whose sense of self worth lie in a lie that they deserve power over others because of skin color and financial status are in a state of panic.
