Celebrating George Washington Carver Day, January 5th

Today we recognize a scientist widely known as "The Peanut Man", George Washington Carver, whose research single handedly saved America's economy with his research and discoveries on how to use various plants to create products valuable for many various uses. A scientist at Tuskegee University, who came at the request of Booker T. Washington, he revolutionized farming, and inspired generations of farmers by deveoping wholistic methods of crop rotation and revitalizing the soil.
