As we know, February is Black History Month or, as Zhana prefers to call it, African Heritage Month, in the U.S. So happy Black History Month / African Heritage Month.

In Britain, we celebrate the official Black History Month in October, but really, every month is Black History Month. And I’ve linked below to my most recent conversation with Brother Tony Warner, who runs London Black History Walks, and who has recently brought out a book, entitled Black History Walks in London, 20 for 2020. He always offers us loads of information, and so does his book.

We all fall in love sometimes. The human heart has an amazing, unlimited capacity for love. And Valentine’s Day celebrates all different kinds of love, parental love, sisterly and brotherly love, the love of our friends, and even the love we have for our pets. But these days, the focus seems to be more on romantic love.

Zhana's guest today, Candidate for Cook County Circuit Court Judge Attorney Williams, recalls her 25 years' experience  handling Family Law cases, and repeated patterns she observed in relationships with couples who were seeking divorce. What makes a love relationship last? What causes it to come to a bitter end? Love of self is a key component. Some men and women are unfit for a long term relationship until they heal the hurt inside that makes them engage in self destructive behavior that eventially sabotages a marriage. Today, Attorney  Williams joins us as she attends a special Men's Summit Meeting from 11am to 3pm at the Shine Bright Community Discover Center.
