Who Would You Trust To Raise Your Children?

Many children end up in foster care because of an unexpected family tragedy, such as the sudden death of a parent. Children must not only deal with the trauma of the loss, but also the disruption of their lives as the State seeks to find temporary guardians. If you have minor children, have you made provisions for their care in your absence?  If you're a grandparent, are you prepared to take on the role of parent if necessary?
