Oct. 15th.   Prof. James Small is a historian and taught for fifteen years at the City University of New York, including 13 years at the City College of New York's Black Studies Department.  We’ll also discuss “The History of African Americans Spanking/Beating Their Children and it’s Relationship To Slavery”.  2) This date in African American History and the Opelousas Massacre of 1868.
