Tullos who are planning a Boycott of the NFL under Quarterback Colin Kaepernick is signed to a team.  It is believed that Kaepernick is being Blackballed because of his protest against White Supremacy and Police Brutality by protesting against the National Anthem during the 2016 NFL Season.
