Kelly charged with 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. 2) ‘Empire” actor Jussie Smollett arrested for allegedly making up hate-crime attack. 3) New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft charged with 2 counts of soliciting a prostitute. 4) Hate Crimes increase by 30% over the last 4 years. 5) Coast Guard Lt. plotted an attack on prominent Democrats and Journalists. 6) Black Migrations and African American History Month 2019.
