Most of you can set goals and achieve them. You usually choose goals that require the skills and competencies you have acquired over the years. It could be said that most goals fit your character. When you have the skills and a character that fits the mission, you are more likely to figure out next steps when you experience failure. For most, that is uncomfortable. Also, for most, being uncomfortable is the last place people want to be. In fact, many pride themselves on chasing peace and tranquility.
