TheDavidBowersAwards with Jangling Sparrows and Kristen Kae

Two more great indie artists guest this week on TheDavidBowersAwards!  Kristen Kae is an amazing new artist "with a fire in her soul, real life lyrics, delivered with authentic southern charm!" Thoughn a 'newcomer' Kristen Kae is without question a star-in-the-making who sounds like she's an 'old pro' in the business. Kristen is a solo artist but she is also a member of the all female country band, The Highway Women.

And Jangling Sparrows return with their own brand of rock mixed with Americana, blues, folk and alt-country with a dash of Zydeco!  WHAT? you say?  Ahhhh, but they make it work, due in large part to the talents of singer/songwriter Paul Edelman and his "simple but effective lyrics, driving percussion, searing guitars and hooky melodies" (Alli Marshal-Mountain Xpress)/  Paul's "original sound; an imperfect but comfortable voice and addictive narrative songs" xreate an original music experience that crosses all genres.

We also present a new release 'Jane' by Jon Steele, an original made more powerful by it's stripped down instrumentation that demands you listen to the lyric.
