Charly Tate returns to TheDavidBowersAwards with new music from her just released "Tempest."  Charly Tate pushes her beautiful voice to new levels with this new project with a much edgier sound.  She's written some songs that explore styles and subjects she's never gone to in the past .... this is definitelynot just pop music.
