TheDavidBowersAwards presents Shawn Owens Project and Fred Hostetler

The Shawn Owens project is an amazing southern Utah group known by it's followers as a "2-man Trio!"  No, no 'common core' math, just the fact that they often perfom as a duo.  Influenced by the Jazz greats, whatever you call them, their music is masterful.

Fred Hostetler is an indie singer/songwriter who has worked with some of the top names in rock and pop, including Johnny Winters, The Knack and Jeff Beck.  His music crosses many genres including blues and Americana and his lyrics introspective and revealing of the moments in his life
