Please join me on my  next radio show as I take you down memory lane with Mr. Rogers Laster, one of the first African-American sky caps for Delta Air Lines, 55 years later  Mr. Laster is still working in this capicity !   I have menntioned in my book Stars in the Sky, how valuable and important the sky caps were and are to this day. Whether traveling for business, or pleasure, your trip started with having your bags checked, most times at the curb. The sky caps have been named the ambassadors for the airlines. Back in the day, it was not uncommon to be greated by name as well as give you some points of interest for your next trip, true customer service!

Tune in for some interesting history from one of  Delta's devoted and  professional sky caps!
