Happy New Year... yes a new year and a new start to concentrate on some of the things we want to change or improve.   Please do yourself a favor and not start the year off with the proverbial phrase " I'm on a diet" . Yes we all need to monitor what we eat, but eating is a necessity and a wondeful way to spend time with family and friends also called socializing.

You will be amazed how your appearance will change in seconds,  you will appears several inches smaller and more youthful when you have the proper support- Nordstrom has the best group of  Certified Fit Specialist and Prosthesis Certified sales staff in the  lingerie department.  

Gentlemen how about a professional hair style, new suite- tailored to enhance or camouflage the areas you are uncomfortable with.  A great after shave with work wonders for the ladies!

Improve your table manners- yes get off the phone or computer and talk to your mate, make a new friend-  introduce them to the new you! 

Invest in yourself- the new you-  for 2017
