Regional Veterans Memorial in Rantoul, Illinois

Honoring our Veterans-  Please tune in Thursday, November 9th as we pay tribute to Veterans Day, (November 11th.) Jim Cheek will be my guest and spokperson for the Regional Veterans Memorial committee, working through the Rantoul Community Foundation.  Because of the military history from the now closed Chanute Air Force Base, the committe strives to honor the service and  sacrifices of  veterans from all branches of service both living and deceased by raising funds to bulid a memorial in Rantoul, Illinois.
