Gi Gi Coleman- great niece of Bessie Coleman

GiGi Coleman is the great niece of Bessie Coleman who was the first African-American female to receive her pilots license as a commerical pilot. 

Ms.  GiGi Coleman continues to keep Bessie Coleman's legacy alive by  lecturing around the country about the great accomplishment of her  great aunt,  and has created  an organization called the Bessie Coleman Aviation  All-Stars. The organization encourages young high school students to pursue careers in aviation. 

GiGi will host her first fundraiser April 13th, 2019 , at the B-Coleman Aviation  FBO, Gary International Airport, 5701 Industrial Hwy, Gary Indiana, from 3:00pm until 6:00 pm.
