and discusses how incoming Freshmen are groomed for success, buying into a higher self-image that has led to a higher retention rate of students at Bowie State, greater respect towards fellow students while building a team concept of success for all. Remember, Black parents are scrambling to get their children into 'gifted and talented' programs that exist primarily in non-Black districts. These programs are based on an elitism concept that says only a few are gifted and talented. In reality, Blacks are the first to
testify that the genius demonstrated within their communities are 'avoided' because of fear of innovative competition.

The Communicators features current and often controversial news, issues and topics that deal with the 7 keys of life, love, and happiness in the political, social, scientific, esoteric, health, and wealth areas.  Bro.
