Hot Mess to Mindful Mom: 40 Ways to Find Balance and Joy in Your Every Day

@ 2PM, Ali Katz knows. She's been there. She has two spirited boys, Adam and Dylan, now 11 and nine. She's the voice of every mom saying, "You are not alone."Ali does so by being in the book. She shares her ideas by sharing her personal experiences. She doesn't pretend that she is perfect - as a mom or a person - but she has spent the last few years becoming stronger in both areas. Her philosophy is that her keen awareness helps her to figure out what doesn’t work. She can choose differently the next time she is in a similar situation, with hopefully better results. This is one of the ways that she has gone from “hot mess” to “mindful mom.” www.hotmesstomindfulmom.com
