Her duties include:
Monitor Zoomph's social media presence and provide written responses appropriately and quickly - Respond to urgent issues pertaining to Zoomph's social networks - Publish content (with appropriate formatting, cropping, and filtering as needed) - Engage with clients through various digital platforms. - Deliver educational and thought-provoking content to their target audience - Link blog posts to social media to increase web traffic - Strategically target and run ads on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn - Create weekly Snapchat segments that tell a story and create a call-to-action
Prior to being the community manager at Zoomph, she served as a Morning Show Producer and later Community Manager at Results Radio in State College before graduating from Penn State University.
