Anchor Inn is a Historical Restaurant & lounge with an old hotel. The property has a history with native Americans & loggers, the building has a history with prohibition, the purple gang, notorious gangsters & outlaws, and a working brothel. It has seen its share of murder, mayhem, and exciting town history. It has been featured in books, news articles, documentaries, news & tv shows. It is recognized as one of the Most Haunted places in Michigan. Our family has owned it for 8 years and have been slowly trying to restore it.
