We could talk endlessly on the topic of Irish Whiskey vs. Scotch, particularly if we start to throw Kentucky Bourbon in the mix (they’ll make an appearance on this evening’s show too), but we’re here to talk about the permanent resident spirits that reside in many distilleries. If you’re a big fan of distilled liquor, you might understand the desire to hang out where your favorite beverage is made after your time on the mortal coil has passed. And some distilleries having hundreds of years of history have allowed for there to be plenty of time for some spooky stuff to happen in these storied establishments…
