It reminds us that in the world with all its glitz and glamour, as believers we are not of the world but of #Christ #Jesus. What is more we find among the disciples that trying to get into position to be the chief or leader the Lord reminded them this. "Whosoever will be the chief among you, let him be your servant." In #America with all the blessings and riches we have had in this nation, the rich and famous among us expect to be recognized as the leader or chief because of their success. While not all are like that, many are indeed self-appointed chiefs and leaders.  The Way of #thecross is not one of material riches.
