Sport or entertainent- Its time to decided

For many years now the WWE has used the description " Sports entertainment" and while at first it seemed an accurate was to define themselves it quickly handcuffed the entire business..forcing them to do the same and struggling to find their place among the wrestling game. Has the attempt by many to increase the sports aspect and downplay the "Entertainment" factor actually hurt the business or will it help save it?
